The students at the Berlin School of Arts share a dream: success on the big stage—whether as dancers, singers, musicians, actors, or comedians. At the BSA, they inch closer to that goal every day. Yet, at the same time, they are just ordinary teenagers. They discover that success doesn’t simply fall into one’s lap; instead, every day demands hard work. On top of that, the school must contend with adversaries like Manuel Kanz and Mysterius. The series also addresses typical teenage issues—parents, friendships, puberty, rejection, and loneliness—as well as the fundamental question: “Who am I, and who do I want to be?”
